WALL team consists of people hailing from different cities of India who share a bond and passion to solve complex ecosystem problems in web3. We are a team of problem solvers and go getters who love what they are doing and would derive joy from contributing our best.
We work in remote first and meet often model where individuals are empowered to take ownership of their work in a trusted and transparent atmosphere. Our work day goes by being on regular call ( ( often long calls :) ) jamming on ideas, coding, fixing problems, strategizing our next move and sharing our losses and wins. Together, we are striving to build a platform which will become an indispensable tool for driving community action.
Founders
Anuj is a stats + intuition led decision maker who encourages the team to always focus on being relevant and fast in the market. His outlook towards building the product is very adaptive, detail oriented and reflective of business understanding. As a leader, he is empathetic and empowering of people who work with him.
He is ex professional poker player who has been recognized for being one of the top poker player in India in year 2020. He has completed his undergrad from IIT Kharagpur and post graduate from IIM Calcutta.

Amar has been building in crypto since 2017. During his veteran like years in crypto, he has acquired an in depth understanding of market dynamics and product building; which team members find very handy so much so that we would rather ask him 'anything crypto' than googling it.
He has also worked with Sentinel DVPN protocol for user growth.
